Robert E. Gubler, Partner, member of the Board of Directors and Senior Consultant, 1949, has been active in communications for more than 25 years. He has a multifaceted background in the areas of public affairs, marketing, crisis communications, interest group management and regional promotion. Thanks to having held a variety of positions in the Swiss and Zürich trade associations, in real estate, and in managing location marketing efforts, he possesses a broad national network of contacts in the political, business, and educational sectors.

Walter Thomas Lutz, Partner, member of the Managing Board and Senior Consultant, 1958, M.S. in Communications Management (University of Lugano). The economist and former journalist has been active in communications for more than 20 years in a variety of key roles, including as a communications director and press officer for the globally active Ringer media group, as well as a communications consultant with Ernst & Young Switzerland. His special areas of expertise include Investor Relations, Reputation Management, Litigation Communication, Change Management, and executive-level coaching.

Ralph Spillmann, Partner, member of the Board of Directors and Senior Consultant, 1953, lic. oec. publ., degreed and SPRG-registered PR Consultant, was the Editor of «Finanz und Wirtschaft» and «Cash», PR consultant with Dr. Peter P. Knobel, and PR Director for the fund units of Credit Suisse and UBS. He concentrates on developing communication solutions in the areas of Investments, Business and Management, and Journalism.

Urs Wasserfallen, Partner, member of the Board of Directors and Senior Consultant, 1951, has been committed to the political field: first as journalist for many years (radio, TV, print) and involvement with early local radio (including serving as Chief Editor of «Radio Z»). Today he focuses on Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, and has been successfully engaged in Campaigning (for 14 years now for economiesuisse).

Christian R. Weber, Partner, member of the Board of Directors and Senior Consultant, 1959, lic. oec. publ., has been involved with financial communications for more than 20 years. He was a member of the executive management team of the communications agency SGC, worked in marketing with Credit Suisse, and headed up the money matters department at the «Handelszeitung». His focal points are Corporate Publishing and Financial Communications.

Consulting
Fatima Bakari, 1983, PR Assistant, graduated in October 2012 with a BSc in Communications from the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich (HWZ). During her studies she was with Credit Suisse as a customer service advisor, and with IBM as a marketing assistant. She joined Communicators in January 2013 and works with consultants in supporting clients in the financial services industry.
Roland Cecchetto, Senior Consultant and member of the management board of Financial Communicators AG, 1956, degreed and BR/SPRG-registered PR Consultant, has more than 35 years of experience in communications on both the agency and corporate client sides. During his career he has been responsible for communications at firms such as Mövenpick and Bosshard, and at Jefferies Switzerland on whose management board he served for eight years. In addition, Roland Cecchetto was one of the founding owners of the PR agency Cecchetto&Hertig. He specializes in the areas of Corporate and Investment Communications.

Maurice Desiderato, Consultant, 1978, lic. phil., studied History, Ethnology, and Religion at the Universities of Zurich and Aix-en-Provence. During this time he worked as a junior project manager for Winterthur Insurance and as an administrative assistant for the retailer Migros.
Ueli Heer, Junior Consultant, 1977, studied Political Science at the University of Zürich with minors in International Law and Social History. After graduating he worked for the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment where he was involved with Directorate stakeholder contacts in the Political Affairs section. After his commercial apprenticeship and during his Political Science studies he worked for UBS, KMPG, FIFA and Capgemini, and completed a college internship in Guatemala with the Swiss Embassy there. At Communicators he is responsible for Public Affairs and Campaigning.

Prisca Lack, Consultant, 1981, studied Communications at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration in Zurich, and is currently completing her MAS degree in Writing & Corporate Publishing at the University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur . After finishing her commercial apprenticeship she began work as a marketing assistant in a media agency. Before joining Communicators she worked for several years in communication management for the Swiss Cosmetic and Detergent Association.
Daniel Lüchinger, Junior Consultant, 1981, lic. phil. hist., studied history, business administration, and political science at the University of Zürich. During his studies and following his graduation he worked as a journalist, most recently as a business reporter for the financial news agency awp in Zürich. Here he covered a number of areas, including medtech, energy and natural resources, as well as daily stock exchange activities in the Swiss market.

René Rudolf, Senior Consultant, 1942, Dr. rer. pol., business economist, has been active for more than 15 years as an economic advisor and business management consultant. He possesses many years of practical experience in banking management, as well as a strong background in regional promotion. His focal points are Corporate and Financial Communications.

Alexandra Rys, Senior Consultant, BA and postgraduate diploma in political science and international relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, MA from the London School of Economics, 1965, has been active in communications for more than 20 years. She was acting as a counsel for companies and associations in various sectors such as food & beverage, hotels and in financials. Besides, Alexandra Rys is elected local councillor for the City of Geneva since 1999 and currently chairperson. Her focal points are Public Affairs and Media Relations.
Alena Sibrava, Project Manager, 1985, lic. phil., studied German, Philosophy, and English at the University of Zürich. During her studies she was active with a Zürich publisher in marketing and public relations. After graduation she worked for AXA Winterthur in the area of internal communication. She joined Communicators in January 2013 and supports projects with the Public Affairs team.

Liên Thai, Consultant, 1977, completed her studies in Journalism and Organization Communications at the Zürich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in 2007. During her studies she completed a number of internships dealing with culture communications and journalism. In 2011 she successfully completed the Social Media course offered by the Swiss School of Journalism (MAZ), the first of its kind in Switzerland.

Project Management

Client and Management Support

Jamilex Fenner, Trainee in her second year, 1995, has completed her commercial apprenticeship with Communicators, and supports the team in the administrative area.
Joran Pantera, Head of Client and Management Support, 1988, completed his commercial apprenticeship in a trade school and worked afterwards in a number of businesses where he specialized in accounting. He is responsible for accounting and human resources.
Cristina Ruggle, Trainee in her first year, 1995, began her commercial apprenticeship with Communicators in August 2012, and supports the entire team with administrative matters.
Sabrina Seibold, Client and Management Support, 1986, was until recently working in the patient admissions area at the Stadtspital Triemli, and prior to this had full administrative responsibility for an auto dealership. Since 1 September 2011 she has been managing the reception area and is responsible for the firm`s telephone service, monitoring projects, apprentice training and certain accounting tasks.
