Federal Council elections 2018: Stefan Wyer visits Radio Rottu
Early in the morning at 7 a.m. on 5 December 2018, Stefan Wyer's assignment as political expert for the 2018 Federal Council elections began on Radio Rottu (rro) in the Upper Valais. In the outside studio in front of the Federal Parliament, he commented live on the election and provided information about the Federal Council candidates.
Shortly before 9 o'clock the tension rose. "Now it immediately shows whether I was right with my assessments," Stefan Wyer remarks with a concentrated look at the screen. Shortly afterwards, loud cheers inside and outside the radio studio betrayed the fact that Viola Amherd from the Upper Valais was elected to the Federal Council in the first round of voting. Second Federal Councillor Karin Keller-Sutter follows for 40 minutes. Just as Stefan Wyer saw it coming.
