The special issue "20 years of Innotour" highlights selected innovative and successful examples of tourism - representative of around 300 projects that support and shape the development of the Swiss tourism industry.

One of the first Innotour projects was the Swiss Tourism Award "Milestone. Excellence in Tourism", launched by the htr hotel revue. The 19th Milestone award ceremony for innovative projects took place on 13 November 2018. Around 600 invited guests from the Swiss tourism industry celebrated this year's Milestone winners in a glamorous atmosphere in the Kursaal Bern.

Stefan Wyer, partner and location manager of Communicators AG Bern, was also present. "A really very successful event," said Wyer looking back. "And the Insight special edition we produced was even touted on stage as a commemorative publication."
